The Stormwater Division of the Public works Department is responsible for reviewing plans for development in the County and for compliance with sediment and erosion control and flood plain management standards. In addition, the division coordinates compliance with the County’s Phase II NPDES MS4 Stormwater Permit and Air Quality Early Action Compact.
