Restraining Orders

The plaintiff, individual that is filing the action, must file for a Restraining
Order at the Magistrate’s Office in the District that the defendant
(i.e., the individual that the action is against) lives.

The plaintiff must have two (2) complaints of Stalking or Harassment against
the defendant that have been filed with a law enforcement agency in the previous sixty (60) days.

The plaintiff may obtain a Restraining Order Form in the District Magistrate Office that they are to file.
