Restraining Orders

• The plaintiff, individual that is filing the action, must file for a Restraining Order at the Magistrate’s Office in the District that the defendant (i.e., the individual that the action is against) lives.
• The plaintiff must have two (2) complaints of Stalking or Harassment against the defendant that have been filed with a law enforcement agency in the previous sixty (60) days.
• The plaintiff may obtain a Restraining Order Form in the District Magistrate Office that they are to file.
