Voter Registration

The voter registration is on-line at http://www.state.sc.us/scsec/vr.html. All MAIL IN applications must be accompanied with proof of residency by sending:
- A current and valid photo identification (with current address)
***Original application must be signed, and cannot be faxed ***
If you are a WALK-IN you may bring a filled on-line registration form and
- A current and valid photo identification (with current address)
OR
- A current utility bill
- Bank statement
- Government check
- Paycheck
- Government document – excluding your voter registration card
If identification other than photo ID is presented, it must show your current and correct name and address.
