The DAV Van is available to veterans who have no other transportation. Those who are able to get on and off of the van without assistance are eligible.  Prior permission is required from the patient's doctor to allow an assistant to ride with him/her.  The van driver is only permitted to stop the van for rest stops and/or emergencies, or to pick up and discharge passengers at designated pick-up points.

• The DAV Van runs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. by appointment.

• The schedule is subject to change or may be altered in special circumstances. 

• Please schedule your Dorn VA Medical Center appointments between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and noon Monday through Friday.
