Criminal Arrest Warrants

In order to get an arrest warrant, you must first file a complaint with your local law enforcement agency. They will complete an “Incident Report” and give you a copy.

Upon receiving the incident report, you may contact the Magistrate’ Office in the District where the incident occurred to schedule a time to speak with the Magistrate about getting a warrant issued.

You must have the physical address of the person that you want to get an arrest warrant issued against. Route and box numbers are not accepted.
