transition and screen. The Landscape Ordinance only applies to non-residential development and residential attached (3 or more dwelling units) within the designated, unincorporated areas of Lexington County.
A certificate of occupancy cannot be issued until a landscape plan has been approved, all planting and screening has been completed, and has passed inspection by the Landscape Administrator.
